Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. User Content & License

You own your User Content (puzzles, blocks, text, images, chats, etc.). By uploading or creating User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, modify, display, and create derivative works of it as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

4. Public & Shared Content

Content you mark as public or share with others may be viewed, copied, modified, and redistributed by anyone. You are solely responsible for anything you choose to make public.

5. AI-Generated Content

Output from our AI agent may be incorrect, biased, or offensive. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on or sharing it.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of others
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the Service in unauthorized ways

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAOS INTELLIGENCE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $50 OR (B) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state and federal courts in Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Your continued use after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
